To effectively communicate and increase refugee comprehension around critical pre- and post-arrival resettlement information.
It all started with discovery—research, surveys, interviews, and comparative analysis. Those collective findings were then summarized into 5 key insights that ultimately steered the rest of the content strategy and design for the app.
In-person usability tests confirmed that our IA and content strategy resonated with newly-resettled refugees. Settle In was recently released on both iOS and Android, and is ready to be introduced to the world.
